DESIGN • BUILD • TEST • REFINE
Operation Moonworks combines product design, CAD, additive manufacturing, electronics, embedded systems, and hands-on fabrication under one roof.
THE FLAGSHIP
“Moon Man is not the definition of Moonworks. It is the evidence behind it.”
Moon Man demonstrates the complete Moonworks process: mechanical architecture, rapid iteration, electronics integration, embedded software, audio, lighting, motion, modular systems, and physical testing.
SERVICES
Start at the stage that matches where your project is today.
For inventors and businesses that need clarity before committing to development.
For projects that need a real mechanical design and an initial physical prototype.
For clients who need a working demonstration unit, not just drawings.
FOR PRODUCT & ENGINEERING TEAMS
Operation Moonworks partners with startups, product teams, and engineering departments that need additional hands-on development capacity.
Whether your internal team needs help clearing a prototype bottleneck or developing a subsystem outside its current workload, Moonworks can step in, build quickly, and communicate directly with your engineers.

SELECTED WORK
New projects move forward as they become real hardware. Older systems stay in the portfolio when they still prove useful capability.
CURRENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
AUDIO PRODUCT / MECHANICAL PACKAGING / ELECTRONICS
A compact Bluetooth audio system developed as real hardware: wood cabinet, drivers, amplifier electronics, controls, display hardware, tube visuals, power distribution, and serviceable internal packaging.
CURRENT EMBEDDED BUILD
ESP32-S3 / DISPLAY SYSTEM / ROBOTICS PLATFORM
A compact robot platform built around an ESP32-S3 round display, custom animated eyes, modular body electronics, lighting, and a physical architecture designed for future motion and networked control.
FLAGSHIP PLATFORM
MULTIDISCIPLINARY PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
A modular desktop platform combining mechanical movement, lighting, audio, cameras, embedded controls, interchangeable accessories, and a Raspberry Pi–based control system.
EXPERIMENTAL SYSTEM
ELECTROMECHANICAL AUDIO-VISUAL DEVELOPMENT
An audio-reactive ferrofluid visualization system using permanent magnets, custom electromagnets, UV lighting, glass vessels, PWM control, and iterative magnetic-field testing.
MODULAR ARCHITECTURE
STRUCTURAL & ELECTRONICS PACKAGING
A modular non-ferrous frame with removable shelves, cable routing, power distribution, speaker integration, cooling, and serviceable electronics compartments.
MMRS — MODULAR HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT
The MMRS rack turns controllers, displays, cooling, power, and experimental hardware into a serviceable development platform.
BUILT, TESTED, ITERATED
Moon Man is the working proof behind Operation Moonworks: physical prototypes, embedded electronics, modular accessories, lighting systems, and repeated real-world testing.
FROM OBJECT TO SYSTEM
The platform was not designed as a static display. Each revision added a usable capability: embedded lighting, internal electronics, display docking, modular accessories, and serviceable architecture.
The body became a platform for Raspberry Pi control, wiring paths, modular hardware, and repeatable assembly.
Thread geometry, attachment clearances, and interchangeable accessories were iterated as a complete mechanical system.
Purpose-built mounts, cable paths, cooling, and removable shelves turn loose electronics into maintainable hardware.
Mechanical design, additive manufacturing, electronics, controls, lighting, audio, and service access operate as one system.
WHY MOONWORKS
Operation Moonworks bridges the gap between a promising idea and a working physical system. We solve the fitment, mounting, wiring, access, cooling, assembly, maintenance, control, and fabrication problems that determine whether a concept works outside the screen.
The result is not just a rendering. It is something you can hold, test, demonstrate, refine, and use to make the next decision.
Clarify the problem, constraints, users, and success criteria.
Develop the mechanical, electrical, and control architecture.
Fabricate and assemble a physical prototype.
Find real-world failures, revise the design, and prove the concept.
